All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.


2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days across India
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
    • Delivery location (e.g., remote or North-Eastern regions)
    • Weather conditions
    • Courier partner operations

3. Shipping Charges

We maintain complete transparency in our shipping fees:

  • Flat Shipping Fee: ₹50 on orders below ₹999
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹999
  • No Hidden Charges: The final shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email.

This allows you to monitor your shipment status in real-time.


5. Delivery Issues & Delays

If your order:

  • Is delayed beyond 10 business days,
  • Is marked as delivered but not received, or
  • Appears lost in transit

We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are required to provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.

FORGE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability:

  • The order will be returned to our warehouse
  • Re-dispatch will require payment of additional shipping charges

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered, please refuse to accept the delivery.

If accepted and damage is later identified:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photo/video proof of:
    • Packaging
    • Product condition

This is required to process a replacement request.


9. Service Availability

We currently ship across India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
