Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Returns are only applicable for products purchased directly from forgedigital.store
  • The following are not eligible for return:
    • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
    • Items washed or altered after delivery
    • Products with missing tags or packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, socks, and personal-use items
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free gifts

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Request:

  2. Approval:
    Once approved, you will receive return instructions
  3. Packaging:
    Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection
  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Important:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • If the return is rejected due to non-compliance, the product may be shipped back to the customer

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for:
    • Size issues
    • Manufacturing defects
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photo/video proof of the product and packaging

Once verified:

  • A replacement or full refund will be provided at no additional cost

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed

However, customers may request a return after delivery as per this policy
