Cancellation Policy

At forgedigital (operated by FORGE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED), we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy is outlined below:

1. Cancellation Timeline

  • Before Dispatch:
    Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
    A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • After Dispatch:
    Once an order is shipped and a tracking ID is generated, it is considered “Dispatched” and cannot be cancelled.
    Customers may request a return after delivery as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

2. How to Request Cancellation

You can request cancellation through any of the following methods:

    (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday)
  • 🧾 Account Dashboard:
    Log in to your account → “My Orders” → Click Cancel (only available before dispatch)

3. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Full refund (including shipping charges, if any) will be issued for cancellations made before dispatch
  • Refund Initiation:
    Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days after confirmation
  • Credit Timeline:
    It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card), depending on your payment provider
  • Cancellation Charges:
    We do not charge any cancellation fees for orders cancelled before dispatch

4. Cancellation by Company

FORGE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction flagged by payment systems
  • Incomplete or undeliverable shipping address

In such cases:

  • Customers will be notified via email/SMS
  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method

5. Special Product Categories

Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has started, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Cancellable”

Such conditions will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.
